The colourful cups arrive from outer space through the cupworld portal, they are gifted to you and move from hand to hand, a gift that keeps on being a gift - like many sci-fi technologies the cup is past, present and future. 100 ceramic cups start their Earth adventures at the gerrit rietveld academie during the graduation of 2021 where as a visitor you can decide to partake and receive a cup that must be passed on. Each gifted cup has its own bag with written instructions and the link to this website, so as they travel the planet the cup adventures can be uploaded and archived.
